## TL:DR

We propose to initialize the XCM configuration in Moonbeam

## Summary

We propose setting the default XCM version to 2 in Moonbeam together with pushing the revert code in precompile addresses *0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000804*, *0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000805 *and *0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000806 *. These are the precompile addresses of xTokens, relay-encoder and xcm-transactor respectively.

## Technical details:

The XCM default version is needed to be able to communicate with chains that we yet don't know the version their support. This is the case for the first communication we establish with every chain for the first time.

The revert code in the precompiles allows smart contracts to be able to call these precompiles, otherwise the compiler does not allow calling them as it sees no code in them.

Send a batch of dispatch calls and atomically execute them.
The whole transaction will rollback and fail if any of the calls failed.
