**[Referendum: 56] Add NCTR as an XC-20**

**Abstract** - The goal of this proposal is to register NCTR as an XC-20 asset.

**Details** - Add NCTR from AssetHub using foreign asset registry. The aim is to launch NCTR on Moonbeam and, in its XC-20 version, on the Stellaswap DEX.

**NCTR** (pronounced "nectar") is the native token of Apillon, a Web3 development platform that serves as a one-stop-shop for builders of dapps and decentralized projects in the Polkadot ecosystem. The platform simplifies the DevX by abstracting the complexity of linked Polkadot parachains into deployment-ready services and prebuilt solutions, easily accessible through a few-click flow or, alternatively, APIs, SDKs, and CLIs for advanced code customization.

The NCTR token supports several pillars of Apillon utility, namely payments, governance, and incentivization. It's designed to promote the adoption of decentralized solutions among developers and token holders, as it facilitates various features and roles across user interaction with Apillon-provided services.
