This is a Fast General Admin track proposal for the Moonbeam Treasury Elections for the January - December 2026 term. It is the second time we are utilizing this track for elections and it aims to enhance the security and decentralization of our voting process by integrating it directly into the Moonbeam network's governance system. 



The Fast General Admin track offers a more robust and transparent mechanism for voting, allowing for a more nuanced expression of support or opposition. This method not only aligns with our commitment to decentralization but also ensures that the voting process is more closely tied to the actual governance of the network, potentially leading to higher voter participation and trust in the election outcomes. With five candidates in the running, we encourage all voters to carefully review each candidacy post before casting their votes. Only tokens in support of the candidates will be counted, and while you can vote for all five, we recommend selecting your top three choices.&#x20;



Candidate winners will be based on the order in which their respective referendum receives the needed approval to confirm and execute.



After the 7 days, if there are not yet 3 winners, the Foundation will vote with abstain to provide the necessary support for the remaining referenda to pass until there are 3 winners. This will be applied across the outstanding referenda in descending order according to the support level they have reached.
